Andrea Wenger

Andrea is passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention in a fun environment. She believes that we all, regardless of our current conditioning, are able to achieve the goals we have for ourselves. With consistency and perserverance, anything is possible!

As a trainer, Andrea feels that it is her job to motivate, educate, and support clients in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive environment.

There are many reasons why people choose to exercise. Whether you want to improve your sport performance, reduce health risks, or look and feel better, Andrea can help you achieve your goals. Using a functional yet fun approach, she will help give you an edge. An edge in performance, and edge in health, and an edge in life.

Andrea became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in 2014.


Holly Spurlock

Teaching others to live a healthy lifestyle is Holly's passion! She has been in the exercise industry for 13 years, with a YMCA Group Exercise certification since 2003, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since 2015.

Eating healthy and functional training are top priorities for all of Holly's clients! She believes that an individual's health is their greatest wealth!

Holly has been active all her life and enjoys being active as a mom, and now as a grandma. Her interests include being outdoors, gardening, bike riding, running, and vacations with her family! Holly's husband, Jim (married 27+ years), introduced her to strength training 30 years ago when Zephyrs was located in Smithville. She fell in love with it and him! They have four great kids, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a very sweet, energetic two year old grandson.


Lexi Jarrett

Lexi is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Lexi grew up in the gym and has been lifting for 10+ years. She has experience in power lifting, Olympic lifting, and power tumbling. Lexi completed her graduate degree in Business Administration/Leadership from the University of Toledo in 2017. She is employed by the J.M. Smucker Company and is the Manager at CrossFit Orrville. At the University of Toledo, she was a pole vaulter on the Women’s Track & Field team where she currently holds the school record. She is passionate about exercising and conditioning, executing proper technique and encouraging others to reach their goals.


Ben Hare

Ben is one of our CrossFit Level 1 Trainers. Ben was introduced to CrossFit while serving in the military with the Navy and the Marine Corps, and has been loving it ever since. The constant variation and intensity of CrossFit drew him in and the awesome community of athletes that support and help each other is what kept him coming back for more. He is passionate about teaching others how to apply the principles of foundational and functional movement to make them better at life.

He and his wife live in Wadsworth, OH.


Mike Jarrett

Mike believes strongly that people of all ages should make fitness a key part of their lives. Mike was an All-American football player at the University of Mount Union, where he set the school record for quarterback sacks in a season and tackles for loss in a game. He was inducted into the Mount Union Athletic Hall of Fame and the Wayne County Sports Hall of Fame.

Mike is an avid lifetime drug free powerlifter and was the National Champion at the US Masters Powerlifting Championships in 2013 and placed 4th at the World Masters Powerlifting Championships that same year. He holds the USAPL Ohio Masters division (age 40-44) record in the squat at 705 pounds and the USAPL Ohio Masters division (age 45-49) record in the deadlift at 639 pounds. Mike and his wife Diane own CrossFit Orrville. Mike is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and is passionate about helping young kids improve their athletic performance. In his spare time he enjoys helping high school and college athletes with strength and performance training.
